Expanding horizons beyond the classroom. Subject-specific trips that inspire, educate, and enrich
At our Sixth Form, learning goes far beyond the classroom. We offer a wide range of trips tailored to each subject, giving students the chance to experience their studies in exciting, real-world settings.
Geography students might explore the stunning landscapes of Snowdonia, history students can immerse themselves in Berlin’s rich heritage, while others enjoy ski trips or visit theatre shows to bring their subjects to life.
These experiences not only enhance academic understanding but also foster cultural awareness, personal growth, and teamwork, helping students develop new skills, broaden their horizons, and create lasting memories.

Team Building
Our team-building trips help students develop leadership, collaboration, and problem-solving skills in a fun and supportive environment. This year we took our new year 12’s to Go Ape.
“The Go Ape trip was a fun day messing around with friends, doing fun trials in the trees. We had some really funny moments in the team exercises, perfect for team bonding”
Henry, student studying maths, economics and chemistry

Throughout the year we run a variety of events that support both research and applications, including trips to both the National Apprenticeship fair and the UCAS exhibition.
