We are celebrating a fantastic set of GCSE and BTEC results at St Ivo Academy in 2025.

We are especially proud that the number of students achieving grades 4 and 5 in English and maths has improved this year and is now above the national average.

Among our high performers were:

  • Nadia Olechnowska, who attained nine grade 9s, one grade 8 and a Level 2 Distinction
  • Joseph Schofield, who scored nine grade 9s and one grade 8.
  • Nathanya Fernandes achieved eight grade 9s and two grade 8s
  • Bethany Leigh-Brown secured six grade 9s, three grade 8s and one grade 6
  • Phoebe Greenwood attained three grade 9s, four grade 8s and two grade 7s
  • Olivia Varey received four grade 9s, two grade 8s and four grade 7s.

Tony Meneaugh, Principal at St Ivo, said: “Well done to our amazing students who have put in so much effort into their exams. “This is another set of fantastic results from our young people and I have really enjoyed seeing so many happy smiling faces in our school today.

“They absolutely deserve the grades they’ve received, and we wish them lots of luck for the future. “I know we will see many of them back in September to enrol in our newly refurbished Sixth Form.” The Astrea Academy Trust has paid tribute to the work of the staff at St Ivo Academy who have supported pupils through their studies.

Rowena Hackwood, CEO for Astrea Academy Trust, said: “Special thanks too, to Tony and the whole staff team at St Ivo, who have supported our students with their studies.”
